Over training symptoms and how to recover your body again.

If you know me in person or if you have read a few of my articles before than you know that I am a very self motivated individual that has "Mind over matter" graved into his brain. This is an amaising mentality especially at the gym until it backfired recently from over training. I was not aware of the side effects of over training and how painful the backfiring is. You are always tired, legs are heavy as shit, you can barely push at the gym and you always feel like you are going to faint. If this happens to you than you must take 7-10 days off to let your body heal properly. When you come back you will be 10 times stronger.
