Zero To 100 Pushups For Complete Beginners

Have you ever been able to do 100 push ups? Do you want to? I will teach you how to do 100 push ups, but first I need your commitment. I need you to commit only ten minutes for 3-4 times per week. You are the only one whose benefiting from this really. You are absolutely going to love it. When you commit to this there are no excuses. No matter what happens you have to follow this program 100%. In a matter of time this will get your chest in pretty good shape.


Step 1
Get up and do as many push ups as you can.

Step 2
Write down the number. Subtract that number from 100.

Step 3 
Write down
I (Your name) am only (the number that you got) away from being able to do 100 push ups and will succeed no matter what.

Example: I Julio am only 50 away from being able to do 100 push ups.

Take one day off than.....
Do 3 more than last time
Take one day off than.....
Do 5 more than  last time
Take one day off than.....
Do the same as last time
Take one day off than.....
Do 3 more than last time
Take two days off for the ultimate challenge than.....
Do 10 more than last time
Take one day off than.....
Do the same as last time
Take one day off than.....
Do the same as last time
Take two days off for the ultimate challenge than.....
Do 15 more than last time.
Take one day off than.....
Do the same as last time
Take one day off than.....
Do the same as last time

Now take 3 days off. If you haven't hit 100 push ups by this point than you start the cycle from the beginning. When you get to the bigger jumps (10 +, 15 +) this is where you will be challenging yourself. If for whatever reason you are not able to do it, I do not want you to give up.  DO NOT GIVE UP! Even if you have to take brakes in between you will continue to succeed. You will finish the number that you promised no matter what. You will be able to do 100 push ups in a matter of time. Do not give up! Put the statement that you wrote in a visible place or give it to a friend. When you say things out loud you became more committed.
Once you can do 100 push-ups then do them every other day before you go to sleep, or even better you can have a new challenge for yourself. Maybe a 200 challenge push-ups. (hahah) I don't mean to scare you away from my blog; please come back for advice on daily basis if you need to.
