Shoulders & Biceps Routine – Friday, July 19 2013

Today I worked out my shoulders and biceps. It is Friday and I finished work later than usual so I got a quick 45 minutes workout as I had to go.

Shoulders:
Shoulder Press Machine:  70 lb – 15
                                               90 lb -  12
                                                120 lb – 8

Front Shoulder Raises:  45 lb plate – 8 + 8 + 8
Smith Shoulder Press Front: 90 lb  >> 12 + 12 + 12
Smith Shoulder Press Back: 90 lb >> 12 + 12 + 12

 Biceps:
Bicep Curls : 25lb >> 12 + 12 + 12
Bicep Cable Curl:                40 lb – 15
                                               45 lb -  12
                                               50  lb – 8
