Many women at the gym avoid chest workouts because they are afraid that they will get a muscular chest that will not be attractive. That being said this is just a misconception forced within our society. It is very mandatory to workout every muscle group equally to avoid muscle imbalance. Breasts are mainly fatty tissues and you will only reduce your breast size if you lose the fat. If you work out on the muscle tissue underneath the fat it will hold up your breast better. Also with nearly every other exercise that you do, one way or the other the chest muscle is involved. When you try to do an exercise where you chest muscle will be involved even indirectly there is a higher risk for you to pull a muscle if you do not have an equal muscle balance. You may also have a bad body posture if you don' workout out your chest. There isn't much to cover on this subject.
Here is a simple exercise that you may do a the beginning:
Push-Ups
12 + 12 + 12
Dumbbell Bench Press (FLAT)
10-30 Pounds
10 + 10 + 10
Dumbbell Bench Press (Incline )
10-30 Pounds
10 + 10 + 10
Dumbbell Bench Press (Decline)
10-30 Pounds
10 + 10 + 10
